We built our first home with SUTCOM. It was a challenging build on a sloping block, but Andy was able to deliver the home on time and to a great standard. What was impressive was the ongoing concurrent activity. On many other build sites we noticed a lot of idle time – in fact a similar build to ours in the area took 12 months longer than our build – however Andy was very diligent in managing the stages of the build and there was non-stop activity… we were living in the house within 6 months of the build commencing!

As a person Andy was great to deal with. He was patient in guiding us through the process, even at the design phase prior to commencing the build and would provide ideas in helping contain costs and remaining within the budget. His wife Katie is also available in the background to assist in making better design decisions if you need this support. We would build with SUTCOM again

This is our first home. As a first time new homebuilder, our most important decision was to be in the right hands. Sutcom Construction is friendly and knowledgeable who take time to understand our needs and work towards getting our vision accomplished. I found building with Sutcom construction to be an enjoyable and easy process. It has met all of our expectations and we are very proud of the finished product.
